My name is Crystal, and I am the PGY1 Residency Program Coordinator for the County of Santa Clara Health System in San Jose, California. Our main practice site, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, is a nationally recognized public health care facility that provides a full range of acute care, intensive care, rehabilitation, and ambulatory services. On behalf of the County of Santa Clara Health System’s PGY1 pharmacy residency program, I would like to formally invite your students who are interested in pursuing a PGY1 pharmacy residency to attend our virtual Open House on 11/6/2020 and/or 11/17/2020 from 3:30- 5:00 pm!



During our Open House, PGY1 residency candidates will have an opportunity to meet our 11 PGY1 pharmacy residents, Residency Program Director, & Residency Program Coordinator.
