As we look to the upcoming school year, I want to provide you with the most up to date information regarding our Pharmacy Intern needs here in the Western PA / Northern WV area. As you know, Walgreens greatly appreciates the level of talented Student Pharmacists the University of Pittsburgh develops every year. With that being said, my hope is that you can send out the below information to all of your current and incoming students. Our goal is to build a strong pipeline of Student Pharmacists with the intent to fully develop these individuals in their operational skill sets in order to have them ready to be Walgreens Pharmacists as soon as they get their license.
Below you will find the total number of positions we intend to hire, the graduation year of student we intend to bring on, and the general geography of those open positions with the appropriate job requisition number.
