Hello P3s,

For those of you that still need to complete either one or two of your IPPE weeks:

Assignments:
- Your IPPE assignments should be completed for each of your IPPE weeks based on how it is labeled on your schedule: e.g. Hospital Pharmacy Practice (Foundations), Direct Patient Care, or Specialized Services. The P3 Student/Preceptor Manual is posted on the Home Page of eValue (under the IPPE Section on the right side of the page) if you need a reminder of the assignments.

- Your assignments should be posted to your Assessment Portfolio under the appropriate outcome (single documents only), and tagged to your Presentation Portfolio for the specific IPPE by the Saturday morning after each week. Please create both IPPE weeks in your Presentation Portfolio so they can clearly be identified. We need this so you can be cleared to start your APPEs.

eValue Evaluations:
- If you are completing the April IPPE week, you will need to complete the usual Self-Evaluation and Evaluation of Preceptor/Site.
- If you are completing your IPPE during week 1 of your APPE, you will complete your APPE evaluations as per normal. You will not have specific IPPE evaluations to complete.

BLOG:
- There is no BLOG requirement for these IPPE weeks.

IV Competency Lab
- Those of you that still need to complete the IV lab/competency will receive a separate email indicating what you need to do next. That email will be coming within the next week.

Health System Pharmacy 2 Course Grade:
- Unless your 80-hours (2 weeks) of IPPE time is completed, we have to assign you a “G” grade for this semester. Once you complete your remaining IPPE weeks and the associated assignments, as well as your evaluations in eValue, your grade will be changed.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We are working hard on your behalf!
