[Rx2021] Fall 2019 UPDATES from the School of Pharmacy

As you make preparations for the Fall 2019 (2201) semester, below are a few items for your consideration.

Please be advised – Thanksgiving Break
The School of Pharmacy is part of the professional programs that will be in session on Monday, November 25th and Tuesday, November 26th during the Thanksgiving Recess.  Please plan accordingly.

Contact Information Update
The School of Pharmacy uses the contact information you provide in your PeopleSoft record. It is your responsibility to update your contact information as soon as your contact information changes. If there is a change in your name or any other personal information, please visit: www.registrar.pitt.edu/personalinfo.html<http://www.registrar.pitt.edu/personalinfo.html>. Follow the instructions below to ensure your contact information for the University is correct. Please log in ASAP and ensure your information is up to date.
Log into the my.pitt.edu<http://my.pitt.edu> portal, click on “Self Service”.  Once there, click on Campus Personal Information and then Addresses. Choose the address type, click “Edit” and enter your new address. Address types are HOME as your permanent address and MAILING as the address used during the academic year and can be your permanent or campus address, your preference. If you have an alternate email address, please include by choosing the type of email address as HOME.

Adjusting Your Registration
Please direct all registration requests (add/drop/withdrawal) through me.  As a professional student, all registrations flow through the Academic Records Manager (Registrar) in the School of Pharmacy Student Services per the PharmD Student Handbook.  You should not be dealing with the University Registrar’s Office for these concerns unless instructed.
