Hello!

PPA would like to reach out to the P2 class to highly encourage everyone to become involved with our organization. PPA is a wonderful organization to get involved with right now because there is not too much involvement from the P2 class, which means there is so many leadership opportunities!! This will become especially important when you are a  P3, so we want to push everyone to start early! Also this year, the school is paying for your membership - so it is free for you all and it looks great on a CV/Resume!

PPA is a also great starting point for students who are looking smaller conferences to present a poster presentation!! If you are planning to attend ASHP midyear at some point for residencies, I highly encourage you to start out at smaller conferences such PPA midyear or annual so that the transition to presenting at the bigger conferences is not so abrupt.

Lastly, PPA looks wonderful for ARCO applications, residencies, and rotations for those that require applications - if you are interested in any of those things in the future!
