[Rx2021] Pitt Challenge Hackathon

Dear P2 Class,

On behalf of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy we are pleased to invite you to the 3rd Annual Pitt Challenge Hackathon, on Friday March 1st 6:00 PM – Saturday March 2nd 7:00 PM at the William Pitt Union.  The goal of the Pitt Challenge is to bring together universities, students, startups, and innovation leaders of all backgrounds.

After our inauguration in February 2017, the Pitt Challenge has led to tremendous advancements for Pittsburgh Innovation.  BehAIvior, a competitor in the first Pitt Challenge, is now a CMU supported startup competing in IBM Watson’s Xprize. The third place winner, MediCase, had continued success in winning the Randal Family Big Idea Competition, and has since developed a fully functional prototype and has filed for provisional patents. We invite you to help lead the next generation of healthcare innovation in Pittsburgh.  This is an opportunity to make great relationships with faculty and peers, along with getting recognition for your contributions to the advancement of healthcare.
