[Rx2021] Pitt Form Summary Change

It came to my attention in December that the Pitt Form reporting database wasn’t counting some of your Pitt forms correctly, specifically the question regarding the patient age. The field was expected to hold the value “< 18” but for some reason the data was coming out of Qualtrics differently. I began to work with Qualtrics support to figure out why. The issue was entirely about how the data was being exported, not in how the data was being captured at the time of the data entry.

With Qualtrics support help, we resolved this issue. However, if you have printed out summaries for your portfolio and you had patients that fall into that “< 18” age range, you may want to download a new summary so that those patients are properly counted on your summary.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me regarding your summary.
