Good Morning All,

I was just provided information about an amazing opportunity for professional development:

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences will be holding their 2nd Annual Pharmacy Ownership & Leadership Academy (POLA) from June 8-12, 2020 at their main campus in Little Rock, Arkansas. POLA is a week-long academy focused on the fundamentals of pharmacy ownership and leadership. The curriculum is specifically designed to help prepare students and equip them with the tools they need to be successful independent pharmacy owners.

POLA is open to students nationwide, but our maximum enrollment for this session is 40 students. Registration and tuition for POLA are FREE, and student meals are provided during the academy. Students are only responsible for their travel to and from Little Rock and housing during their 5-day stay. POLA has partnered with a nearby hotel where students may share a suite with other POLA participants to decrease the cost. Below is the link to more information regarding POLA.
