A reminder to anyone who submitted a piece of art or created a 4x4” canvas, please claim your artwork at the Dental Medicine Dean’s Office, 440 Salk Hall. Any unclaimed canvas art will be displayed in the windows of the Dental Medicine student lounge on the 2nd floor.

Thank you for stopping by the 4th Annual Salk Hall Expo on Friday.  Everyone seemed to have a nice time admiring their colleagues creative talents!

If you were inspired to pick up your pen/paintbrush/camera/knitting needles/sewing needles/clay/ wood working tools or whatever your medium, know that we will have a 5th Annual Salk Hall Expo next spring and we would love to include your creative works….

The 2019 Best in Show in following categories were awarded to:
Photography “Best Friend” by Tracy Bauer (Staff, SDM)
Art “ Portrait of Disdain“ by Rheanne Gatmaitan (Student, SDM)
Artisan “Oak, Arts & Craft Mirror with Handmade Tiles” by Dr Mark Mooney (Faculty, SDM)
Writing “Thy Kingdom Come” (poem) by Dr Denise Deverts (Staff, SDM)
