Hello PittPharmacy Students!

The Primerx Program is incredibly excited to be hosting its first seminar/workshop on Wednesday, September 26th from 5-7 pm in Scaife 5!  The title of this workshop is "What Can I be with my PharmD?" The goal of the introductory workshop will be to introduce students to the Primerx Program and to hear from four unique professionals in four different pharmacy career paths. We will be hearing from Dr. Tom Nolin, PharmD, PhD (Pitt School of Pharmacy), Dr. Richard Bertz, PhD, (Pitt School of Pharmacy), Dr. Dan Yarabinec, PharmD (UPMC Shadyside) and Dr. Devon Pazmino, PharmD (Allegheny General Hospital). Our speakers will be covering residency experience, fellowship/industry experience, direct to workforce training and PhD/PharmD opportunities. After the speakers have presented, we will have a panel style Q&A session open to the audience. Dinner will be provided outside Scaife 5 after the speakers presentations to allow students to network and mingle. With this being said, we would like to gauge how many students will be attending this seminar, so please use the link attached to RSVP!
