The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board hearing is currently underway, taking place at 3454 Forbes Ave., PGH, PA 15213, this Wednesday - Friday (October 3-5) from 9 AM- 5 PM. Students are encouraged to attend whenever schedules are permitting. The nature of the hearing is to determine whether or not graduate students are considered employees of the University, and therefore, is assessing whether or not we have the right to vote on unionization. Please consider attending to stay informed on this issue, as the final decision of the hearing may affect us all. Thank you!
