[Rx2021] Flu Shot Reminder

Dear Students,
A review of Castle Branch shows that many students have not yet posted evidence of having received their flu vaccination for 2018.  The deadline to do this was October 1st.  Most of our experiential sites require that students be vaccinated as a condition of attending the site.  Unvaccinated students may not be allowed into a site or may require the student to wear a mask at all times while on site.  If you have difficulty uploading your flu vaccination form into Castle Branch, please contact Ms. Anna Schmotzer and she will help you with this.
