Hello,

This past year we have implemented Underserved Clinics And Rx Experiences (UCARxE) to help coordinate and manage the various underserved clinics that partners with the pharmacy school.

Attached is an outline of the various clinics, who is eligible to apply, and the application. If you are interested, please complete the application and email it to ucarxepitt at gmail.com<mailto:ucare.pitt at gmail.com>. Deadline for application is Friday, January 11th.

You will be notified via email by Monday, January 28th if you have been selected as an UCARxE Clinic Leader. If selected, you must attend the mandatory training meeting on Wednesday, February 20th. You will take over as the clinic leader in May.
