[Rx2021] Poster Printing information and guidelines

Hello All,

This is an update on Poster Printing, effective immediately.

Marian Klanica is now in charge of all poster printing.


REQUESTS FOR POSTERS should be mailed to  sopposterprint at pitt.edu<mailto:sopposterprint at pitt.edu> (instructions are below).  If you need to contact Marian directly her email is mmk39 at pitt.edu<mailto:mmk39 at pitt.edu>, and you can find her in 210 Salk Pavilion (412-383-0484).

There are two important attachments with this email:  the official School of Pharmacy Poster Template which includes instructions and helpful tips on poster printing and the Poster Printing Requisition.  The Requisition must be complete and submitted along with the poster you wish to have printed.  The two files are also available via the PittPharmacy Intranet http://intranet.pharmacy.pitt.edu/poster-printing/). Both files should be emailed to sopposterprint at pitt.edu<mailto:sopposterprint at pitt.edu> at least five business days prior to the date you need the poster.

The folks in charge of printing will be notified of your request via the sopposterprint at pitt.edu<mailto:sopposterprint at pitt.edu> email.  You will receive a response when a proof of your poster is available and a jpeg or pdf of the proof will be sent to you via email.  Proofs must be confirmed within 24 hours. The poster printer is currently located on the third floor of Salk Pavilion.
