[Rx2021] 2018 Orientation

Dear P2 Class of 2021,

The end of summer is coming quickly, and a new school year will soon begin. I do hope you all had a productive summer with some time to relax and recharge for the upcoming year. There are many exciting things happening in the School.

Your orientation is scheduled for 8:00-8:50 am on Monday August 27th in Salk Hall 402. Please print the three pages attached to this email, read, sign and bring them to the orientation so we can collect them as you arrive.

A brief summary of the three forms follows:

  1.  FERPA: (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act): We are requesting permission to release selected student information for your benefit.
  2.  ACPE Complaints Policy: This outlines your right to file a complaint to ACPE that the School has not met one or more of the standards for accreditation.
  3.  Code of Conduct: This form lists the major tenets of our code of conduct policy. The complete policy is found on the School’s website.
