Deleting files from proposal and award records in MyFunding is typically not allowed, as MyFunding is the legal file of record for sponsored projects. However, there are times when a valid reason exists to delete attachments in MyFunding. Examples include uploading
a document to the wrong record or uploading duplicate documents to a record.</div>

Attachments in MyFunding can be deleted in two locations:</div>

For Funding Proposals, click on the ‘Add Attachments’ Activity from the menu on the left side of the WorkSpace (Figure 1). Then click on the three dots to the right of the document name and click ‘Delete’ (Figure 2).</li></ol>
