<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i><u>Please note:</u></i></b> Your Dean’s area (or equivalent) reviewer may also require the same attachment to be uploaded in more than one place to aid in their review. For example, when completing an ‘Award Modification Request’
(AMR), the Dean’s area reviewer may also require a copy of the attachment as part of the AMR.
