Address the OSP request 2. Select ?Submit Changes? activity (Figure 1), so that the workflow moves back to OSP Review. Note: No processing, reviewing, or negotiating of the agreement can occur while in a Clarification Requested state. Figure 1. Only individuals listed with edit rights can manage the access of others on funding proposals or awards. This field displays as ?Federally Funded: Yes? or ?Federally Funded: No? based on the individual?s response in the MyDisclosures questionnaire (Figure 2). Figure 1.
