[PERIS-Listserv] Most Common Reasons Why an Annual COI Disclosure Date Does Not Appear in MyFunding

MyFunding automatically imports the most recent annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure date from MyDislcosures into the Personnel Compliance tab (Figure 1). If the date is missing, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. No Annual COI Disclosure: The individual may not have an annual COI disclosure on file. See the Conflict of Interest’s MyDislcosures page <https://www.coi.pitt.edu/mydisclosures> for information on how to complete a COI disclosure.
2. Multiple Pitt Accounts: If the user’s email account in MyFunding does not match the email used in MyDisclosures, the COI disclosure date will not populate in MyFunding. The same Pitt email account should be used in both MyFunding and MyDisclosures to ensure the date can be imported into MyFunding.
