[PERIS-Listserv] New PERIS™ System Access Request Forms

To maintain clear documentation and proper approvals, bulk record access requests for MyFunding and MyRA have been updated to follow a streamlined process.
Bulk access requests must be signed by the individual’s supervisor and authorized RC before being submitted to peristeam at pitt.edu<mailto:peristeam at pitt.edu>.
Follow the below steps to submit PERIS™ system bulk access requests:

  1.  Access and fill out the form:

  1.  MyRA bulk access request form<https://www.osp.pitt.edu/sites/default/files/OSPFiles/myra-access_request_form.pdf>
  2.  MyFunding bulk access request form<https://www.osp.pitt.edu/sites/default/files/OSPFiles/myfunding-access_request_form.pdf>

  1.  Obtain required signatures (ex: DocuSign)
  2.  Email the form(s) to peristeam at pitt.edu<mailto:peristeam at pitt.edu>


The forms are also located on the PERIS™ website<https://www.electronicresearch.pitt.edu/> and the Office of Sponsored Programs website<https://www.osp.pitt.edu/>.
