[PERIS-Listserv] Relating Multiple Funding Proposals in MyFunding

Updates have been made in MyFunding so that all Funding Proposal (FP) records that are associated with a proposal or award being processed by the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) can be related (connected) to each other.
Funding Proposals

  *   On the ‘Pitt Additional Information’ SmartForm, a new question has been added: ‘Are there other Funding Proposals (FPs; ex: Letters of Intent, Pre-applications, etc.) related to this project?’ If ‘Yes,’ please select all FPs related to the proposal (Figure 1).

Awards

  *   If a Letter of Intent (Pre-application, White Paper, etc.) was submitted in relation to the Award (AWD), the state of the related FP should be updated to ‘Awarded.’
  *   When creating the AWD in MyFunding, please select all FPs related to the AWD (Figure 2).
