Updated MyRA Questions
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has made updates to MyRA to obtain important information for processing agreements as quickly as possible.
Updates include:

  *   New question for Pitt Biorepository Database
  *   Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) SmartForms have been streamlined from five pages to one page
  *   New questions related to NDAs, for example:
     *   What is the purpose/goal of this NDA (i.e. to develop proposal (provide solicitation #), collaborate on a paper, discuss potential business partnership, etc.)?
  *   Prime source of Funding options now include Grant/Cooperative Agreement and Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)
  *   New questions on Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs), and NDAs concerning clinical trials and the use of the Clinical Trials Office (https://cto.pitt.edu/)
  *   Additional help text and changes in question wording for clarity
