Help Desk Ticket Requests
The PERIS™ Team uses Salesforce as the platform for managing MyFunding and MyRA inquiries. Therefore, always send a new email to peristeam at pitt.edu (MyFunding) or myrahelp at pitt.edu (MyRA) when help is requested, so that the team can respond and resolve inquiries as quickly as possible. Do not reply to a prior request for a new inquiry.
You can respond to an open ticket at any time for an update by replying to the email.
