[PERIS-Listserv] MyFunding Upgrade Updates 9/13/23

The following updates to MyFunding have been made:

  *   Notifications updated to display the ID # (ex: AWD #) rather than the name of the record (Figure 1).



  *   'Assign Designated Reviewer' activity notification on awards and award modifications are disabled to reduce confusion with the review process.



  *   SPA Account Number notification has been added to send award editors new account numbers for awards and award modifications (Figure 1).



  *   'Send for Subaccount Review' notification has been updated to include the department administrator on the funding proposal for quick contact access.



  *   'Notify OSP of Grant Status' activity on funding proposals updated to allow funding proposal editors to complete the activity, in addition to the department administrator.



  *   The long title, rather than the description, displays in the Continuation workspace (Figure 2).



  *   Updated the SF-424 application mapping from the funding proposal budget to include:
     *   Scientific & Clinical Supplies map to the Materials and Supplies line item.
     *   Printing and Publication costs map to the Publication Cost line item.
     *   The other line item now displays the specific cost types aggregated (Figure 3) rather than the general Others description.
