Updates to MyFunding:

  *   The long title, rather than the short title, is now displaying in the FP and AWD workspace (Figure 1).

  *   The long title is now displaying on project listings within the Funding Proposal or Awards tab but is not available in 'Filter by'.  However, you can use the wildcard % to search for part of the short title (using Name) and see the long title displayed (Figure 2).

  *   The clinical trial F&A rate has been updated from 30% to 31% in order to reflect the current University rate.
  *   The Assign Designated Reviewer activity on awards has been restricted to OSP Specialists only.


MyFunding Tips and Reminders:

  *   The cost share budget process has changed with the upgrade of MyFunding and now requires manual creation. The Create Cost Share activity is on the main budget workspace.   *   Send Email activity: Please select Specialist and do not include additional OSP staff (see Figure 3). If the Specialist assigned on the record is OSP intake, they will forward the message to the correct OSP Specialist.
