The ‘Generate PDF Version’ feature for proposals that will be submitted in MyFunding System-to-System (i.e., via Grants.Gov)<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#s> has changed. As a result, the order of the documents in the PDF may be different than expected. Please note: The PDF is for review purposes only and is not what is submitted to the Sponsor.
The PDF will only include what is listed in the Commons as the ‘e-Application’. The Commons separates some forms/attachments from the e-Application, which may not be visible in the PDF, such as the Cover Letter, Assignment Request Form, and appendices. If the forms/attachments are uploaded in the SF424 application, they will be part of the submission.
Please see the associated Quick Guide<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/wp-content/uploads/create-PDF-Final.pdf> for creating a PDF of a Grants.Gov application.
