[PERIS-Listserv] UPDATE - RE: ALERT: MyRA Downtime 10/7/2022

As part of the MyRA Portal Upgrade, new navigation functionalities have been applied to MyRA.

The upgrade includes the following changes:

1 - To create an agreement, select 'Create' and then 'Create Agreement' (see Figure 1).

2 - A navigation pane has been added to the left side of an agreement (see Figure 2).

3 - 'Validate', located in the navigation pane, will check the SmartForms for missing data (see Figure 3).

4 - 'Exit', 'Save', and 'Continue' activities are available on each SmartForm (see Figure 4).

5 - On the Additional Information SmartForm, the 'Finish and Submit' activity will save the agreement and route it to the Office of Sponsored Programs for review (see Figure 5).

The PERIS(tm) MyRA module will undergo scheduled maintenance for a portal upgrade on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 7:00 PM ET until Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM ET.  If the downtime lasts longer than the expected time period, we will issue a follow-up notification. Otherwise, MyRA will be available Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM ET.
