[Peris-listserv] Change in MyFunding Notification - Email Proposal Team

In response to user feedback, the 'Email Proposal Team' email notification has been changed to only include members of the proposal team (see Figure 1).

This new enhancement includes:

1 - Email notifications will be sent to the proposal team (i.e., Principal Investigator, Department Administrator, and individuals with 'edit rights'<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#e>)

2 - Individuals with 'read-only rights'<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#r> will not receive email notifications
