[Peris-listserv] New SF424 Features

The SF424<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#s> forms that are used for system-to-system submissions have been updated in MyFunding.

New features include:


  *   The PDF that is generated for NIH applications now has the correct order of pages that reflects what is seen in eRA Commons.
  *   Generated PDFs now have page numbers.
  *   NIH validations are now sorted numerically.
