open for applications</a>. The program offers up to five (5) Dissertation Research Fellowships, including a Research Fellowship on Women’s and Gender Studies, and two (2) Dissertation Completion Fellowships. The program is open to US students in PhD programs
at US and Canadian universities. <span style="color:#312F30">For 2023-2024, due to the difficulty of conducting research in Russia, applicants may propose to conduct research at locations that are most beneficial for their research topic, including within
