So it is vitally important that you gather all necessary information before you start your submission process. (We recommend that you save your information in a word document first since you can copy and paste the text from Word into the online proposal fields.) Once your colleagues’ names are in our database, you as the panel/roundtable organizer will just have to search for the participant's last name, click to add that person into the proposal. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText style='margin-left:.25in'> If they have attended the convention in the last 6 years even as non-members, they should already be in our database.
