2021 Annual Convention
New Orleans Update: We have been in regular communication with the Hilton New Orleans Riverside after Hurricane Ida. While the impact of the hurricane for Louisiana was devastating, the hotel did not suffer any serious damage and re-opened 6 days after the hurricane. The hotel representatives tell us that they expect to be fully operational in a few days. Thus, at this point we plan to hold the in-person convention in New Orleans in November. We will continue to keep convention participants updated.

Virtual Convention: Please note the expanded dates for the Virtual Convention are December 1-3. The virtual convention will be held in Central Standard Time.
