2020 ASEEES Virtual Convention Participation Survey
On July 28, we sent an email to all 2020 Convention participants to complete a survey on their decision to accept participation in or withdraw from the virtual convention by Aug 5. If you did not receive the mail, please check your spam folder. If you plan to participate in the convention, we ask that you register. We are offering registration at 50% discount from the in-person rate.
In these challenging times, we're also offering registration waivers for those facing financial difficulties due to the pandemic. Graduate students, contingent faculty, independent scholars, and those who lost their jobs or were furloughed are especially encouraged to apply. We're also offering registration waivers for scholars in Russia and graduate students in Russian studies (broadly defined) thanks to external grants. In addition, we're offering free registration for all undergraduates to attend the convention. Please encourage your students to complete the request form.
We also ask that you consider donating ASEEES so that we can offer more waivers to support graduate students and scholars in need to participate in the convention.
