Notifications: We received an exceptionally high number of session and paper proposals this year. The proposal acceptance/rejection notifications were sent out on April 3. If you have not received your notification, please check your spam folder first. The email is sent through our convention management software and coming from "@allacademic.com". It is the responsibility of the session organizers to notify the session participants, although we did cc them in the email notifications. The convention program schedule notification will be sent out by early June.

Travel Grants: ASEEES is delighted to offer travel grants for the convention: the Graduate Student Travel Grant, the Regional Scholar Travel Grant, the Convention Opportunity Travel Grant, and the Russian Scholar Travel Grant, sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. The deadline for these travel grant applications is April 29. We also offer the Diversity and Inclusion Convention Travel Grant. The deadline for this grant is August 31.
