2018 ASEEES Convention PDF Version Preliminary Program Available
A PDF version of the preliminary program is available, along with the online program: aseees.org/convention/program<http://aseees.org/convention/program> Please note that the pdf version was produced on June 15 and will NOT be updated. Please check the online program for the most up-to-date info. Changes to participants or to panel/paper titles should be emailed to aseees.proposal at pitt.edu<mailto:aseees.proposal at pitt.edu> by no later than Oct 5. The mobile app will be available in the fall.

Volunteer to Serve as a Mentor
ASEEES offers a mentoring program for graduate students and early-career scholars: www.aseees.org/programs/mentoring<http://www.aseees.org/programs/mentoring> We received a large number of applications this year from those seeking mentors. We are asking mid-career or senior scholars, as well as professionals from outside the academy to consider volunteering to serve as a mentor by completing this short form: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdk7O-IvzUZYdJR2xY54d9NcFiIYTxx1LzO1F8NgzxtQhAKMA/viewform<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdk7O-IvzUZYdJR2xY54d9NcFiIYTxx1LzO1F8NgzxtQhAKMA/viewform> The expected time commitment is minimal. ASEEES membership is not required to serve as a mentor.


ASEEES Board Election

Your participation in the ASEEES governance is important. If you are a current member, you should have received an e-mail with a unique link to an online ballot. If you have not received an email ballot, please check your spam folder first. The email is coming via Surveymonkey.com. If you are having difficulties with the online ballot or would prefer a paper ballot, please contact the membership coordinator at aseees at pitt.edu<mailto:aseees at pitt.edu> If you have not renewed your 2018 membership, please renew your membership<http://www.aseees.org/membership/individual> and we will send you a ballot. Voting ends on Sept. 1.
