The individual paper submissions deadline is Jan. 15, 2015.
The panel/roundtable/meeting submission deadline is Feb. 15, 2015.

To assist in the process of forming panels, we have created the ASEEES 2015 Panel/Paper Wanted Board: http://www.aseees.org/convention/paperspanels-wanted-board  If you are looking for a panel to join or a paper presenter for your panel, please review the proposals<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0ApSs2h2I7nkMdDc5N1FLQk0xZGhEcXBHWGw2aUhlUUE&rm=full#gid=0> on the online board. You can also indicate your willingness to volunteer as chair or discussant.

ALL individual paper submitters and session organizers in the US and Abroad MUST be ASEEES members in order to submit the proposal: http://www.aseees.org/membership/individual   Please review the membership rules<http://www.aseees.org/convention/rules#membership> for participation.

Please make note of the following changes to the rules starting 2015:

*         Panel: A complete panel must have: one Chair; 3 papers (NO MORE than 3); and at least one discussant, with a maximum of 2. NEW: While one role per participant is strongly preferred, the chair may serve also as a discussant or a paper presenter, if necessary.  However, a paper presenter cannot be a discussant on the same panel.

*         Roundtable: Roundtables must have: a Chair; and minimum of 3 to maximum of 5 roundtable speakers. NEW: While one role per participant is strongly preferred, the chair may serve also as a roundtable speaker, if necessary, but in such a situation, there must be at least 4 roundtable speakers.
