ASEEES WEBINAR, April 24

It is not too late to sign up for the next ASEEES webinar, to be held Thursday, April 24, 1-2PM EDT: "Embracing Change: Marketing Yourself for Employment Outside of the University Setting." In this webinar, participants will learn about non-faculty employment options and about the steps involved in this type of job search. Participants will also learn how to convert a CV to a resume; how to specifically tailor the resume to the job for which they are applying; and about sources for job postings. http://www.aseees.org/programs/webinars

2014 ASEEES CONVENTION PRELIMINARY PROGRAM
The online preliminary program for the 2014 Convention is now available: http://www.aseees.org/convention/program  An e-mail notification of the schedule availability was sent to all accepted participants today.   A PDF version of the preliminary program will  be posted by late May. In addition:

*         Hotel: The hotel block reservation for the convention at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter is now open. Please book early.  Our convention is at the same time as the much larger ACTFL convention, so the rooms will definitely sell out and availability will be limited. We have a very limited number of rooms for graduate students.  Please see the webpage for more information: http://www.aseees.org/convention/hotel
