The deadline for panel and roundtable proposals is January 15, 2014: http://www.aseees.org/convention/cfp.html
Please be sure to indicate the appropriate category for your panel or roundtable.
If you are a panel/roundtable organizer, please be sure to have all your panelists create a profile and update their "My Information" section in the ASEEES member site BEFORE you enter your panel proposals. All participants must enter a BRIEF CV in the CV Information box under the View/Edit Information Tab. Your panelists should do this now, since it will take at least 24 hours before you submit your proposal for the data to sync. Panel and roundtable proposals without CV information will be rejected.

In particular:
* If you are submitting a panel/roundtable proposal, you MUST be a current ASEEES member at the time of the submission. Join/Renew today: http://www.aseees.org/membership/membershipindividual.html
* You may appear in the program only twice, and give only one paper as one of the two appearances. There are no exceptions to this rule. Organizing a panel does NOT count as one of the two appearances.
* You cannot have more than one role on a panel or roundtable (e.g., you cannot be chair and discussant on the same panel).
* The maximum number of participants on a panel is:
Chair
Three Papers (no exceptions)
Up to 2 Discussants (minimum of 1)
* The maximum number of participants on a roundtable is:
Chair
Up to 5 participants (minimum of 3)
