[ASEEES] FINAL REMINDER: ASEEES 2013 Proposals due Jan. 15

Dear ASEEES Members:

This is the final reminder that the proposal deadline for the ASEEES 2013 Convention (Boston Marriott Copley Place, Nov. 21-24, 2013) is Jan. 15, 2013:  http://www.aseees.org/convention/cfp.html   You are strongly encouraged to submit the proposal online.  You can also send the proposal in Word format as an e-mail attachment.

Please note that ALL session organizers in the US and Abroad MUST be current ASEEES members.  Renew your membership today: http://www.aseees.org/membership/membershipindividual.html  Submission by non-members will not be reviewed.
All participants MUST have a profile and brief cv information on the ASEEES Members Site<https://netforum.avectra.com/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Site=aseees&WebCode=LoginRequired> before a submission can be made.  Please ask your session participants to do this TODAY.  It is vitally important that they do not wait till the day of the deadline to enter this information.
As the session organizer, you can check to see if your session participants are in our database with the requisite cv info by doing a search in our Individual Directory<https://netforum.avectra.com/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Site=aseees&WebCode=IndSearch>.

To add your brief cv information, log into ASEEES Members Site<https://netforum.avectra.com/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Site=aseees&WebCode=LoginRequired> -> Go to "My Information<https://netforum.avectra.com/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Site=ASEEES&WebCode=MyInfo>" -> Go to "Edit Information" -> Scroll down till you see a text box called "CV Information" [see below for image of the text box] -> Add your BRIEF cv information in the text box.
