[ASEEES] Convention roomsharing site, board election, and other announcements

ASEEES2012 CONVENTION

New this year, ASEEES is offering a dedicated space for Annual Convention attendees to find others to share hotel rooms: http://www.aseees.org/convention/hotelreservation.html#roomsharing.  If you need to find someone to stay with, or if you already have a room but want to share your space and costs, fill out the form<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dFFGWl9WSkZwQ3BsWXVGM1dlT1kzeEE6MQ>. While ASEEES provides this roommate board as a service to Annual Convention attendees, it is attendees' own responsibility to contact and make appropriate arrangements with potential roommates. ASEEES assumes no responsibility or liability for these arrangements.

If you are not a current member, please renew your 2012 membership now to vote in the election.
