Call for Action - Support Title VI/Fulbright-Hays
The US Dept of Ed Title VI program, which funds the National Resource Centers and FLAS fellowships among other programs, has been cut drastically in the 2011 federal budget. This is a vital program for our field and for international education generally. Please help to get the funding restored in 2012. Contact your Senators and Representative and sign this NHA petition: http://tinyurl.com/3ptr2ay The Presidents of Georgetown and Indiana Universities are circulating a sign-on letter in support for Title VI.
