                Renew 2011 Membership to Vote in the Board Elections:  The 2011 Board of Directors elections is currently taking place and will close on September 1.  Only current members can vote.  If you have not renewed your 2011 membership, please do so as soon as possible.  Your participation in the election is critical to the Association.  Information on membership renewal can be found here http://aseees.org/membership/membershipindividual.html . CONVENTION NEWS:

                Preliminary program:  The program is now on line at http://aseees.org/convention/program.html.  The deadline for changes to the final program is September 12, 2011.  Please email changes to Wendy Walker - wwalker at pitt.edu<mailto:wwalker at pitt.edu>



                Hotel:  A block of rooms in the conference hotel has been made available for ASEEES attendees at a discounted rate.                 Registration:  Register for the convention, http://www.aseees.org/convention/registration.html  now to save on the registration fees.  The early bird rate ends on August 19, 2011.
