CONVENTION REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

HOTEL INFORMATION:
The 43rd Annual Convention of the Association will be held in Washington, DC, from Thursday, November 17, to Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel<http://www.omnihotels.com/FindAHotel/WashingtonDCShoreham.aspx>.
Attendees: A block of rooms in the conference hotel has been made available for ASEEES attendees at a discounted rate $179 per night plus tax (single/double/triple/quad). Our group rate applies 3 days before and 3 days after our convention dates, based on availability. To receive this group rate, make your reservations by October 25, 2011. Please book your room early, we will sell out.

Students: We have a VERY LIMITED number of graduate student rooms available at a rate of $125 per night plus tax (single/double/triple/quad). Interested graduate students should send a copy of their student ID to Wendy Walker at wwalker at pitt.edu<mailto:wwalker at pitt.edu>. Please be sure to include your email address and contact information, and arrival and departure dates. Wendy will provide the hotel with the names of graduate students and the hotel will make your reservation and send you a confirmation. Once you receive this confirmation you must call the hotel's central reservations line (1-800-545-8700) to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
