2. ASEEES Members Website: The ASEEES members only site is live - http://www.aseeesmembers.org.
The username and password you used to log on to the AAASS members site will no longer work. Please register as a new ASEEES user. You can now go to the site to register for the Convention or check your registration status. (The site will not give you the option to register for the Convention if you have already registered).
i. Click on words "Log In" (found in the upper right-hand corner. The text is white on a blue background.)
a. Troubleshooting: If you don't see the words "Log In" please be sure you are on the correct website, www.aseeesmembers.org<http://www.aseeesmembers.org>
ii. You should see the following: "Please enter your username and password. Register<http://www.aseeesmembers.org/Account/Register.aspx?ReturnUrl=> if you don't have an account,"
a. Click on the word "Register".
i. Troubleshooting: Please register even if you have been a longtime member. Any username and password you had been using will no longer work. You must re-register on this new system.
iii. Enter your name (first and last) and email address
a. Click "next"
iv. If you are a returning member, you will see a text box with your ID number, name and email. Please "select" your ID number
a. Click "next"
v. Enter a password, confirm the password and select both a security question and an answer
i. Troubleshooting: Your USERNAME may not contain a punctuation mark before the first six alpha-numeric characters. Your PASSWORD must be longer than 6 characters AND must contain a punctuation mark.
b. Click "create user."
vi. You can then go to the tabs along the top, particularly the one marked "profile" to make sure that your mailing address, degrees earned, languages spoken, areas of interest, etc are correct.
