Dear ASEEES Members:
In late 2007, the Association was given an opportunity to receive $100,000 from the Kathryn W. Davis Foundation for which we promised to raise $50,000 in matching contributions over three years. The three-year term is coming to an end, and we are very close to meeting our goals. Currently we are just over $3,100 short of our goal. Can we count on you to give what you can for us to meet our goal by December 31, 2010? The Endowment funds the Davis Student Travel Grants among others.
You can send a check payable to "ASEEES" to the address below, call us with a credit card number, or go to our Members only site to pay online - http://www.aseeesmembers.org/. You can also make a contribution at the LA Convention next week. ASEEES is a 501(c)3 organization. Your contribution is tax deductible.
I look forward to seeing many of you at our 42nd Convention in Los Angeles next week. If you will not be able to attend the 2010 convention, please mark your calendar now for the 43rd ASEEES Convention in Washington, DC, in 2011!
